This annual springtime event held outdoors in this tent requires serious attention to the weather and its unpredictability. While we found securing multiple rear projection screens and over 100 feet of velour drape from gusting wind is a concern, the potential for rain and its damaging effect to the electronics plays an even greater role in our planning. Needless to say, we staged this event for over 10 years with 100 percent success everytime.
