<p>Concept
<p>Through sketches and renderings, SRI will present to you a creative and unique look for your event. We can provide everything from a simple pipe and drape backdrop, to a full-blown custom designed hard set. SRI will partner with you or our in house graphics team to support and/or create either PowerPoint or TVL Graphics. It is at this time that we will help you determine your event's needs and establish a budget. At Staging Resources, we understand that every project varies in size, scope and budget, so we handle each and every event with the attention that it deserves.
<p>PowerPoint or TVL Graphics
<p>We can deliver hi-resolution electronic presentations via the Mac or PC using PowerPoint software, either client-provided or custom designed by our graphics team. Or you can incorporate one of the hottest technologies in electronic presentations, via our TVL Director package, and watch your presentations come to life, zooming, flying and exploding on the screen with over 600 dazzling real-time special effects.
<p>Special Effects
<p>As part of the concept stage we will suggest just about anything. How about indoor Fireworks? Laserlights? Live talent? Theatrics? We have everything you need to blast your audience out of their seats, and keep them talking long after the meeting has ended.
<p>Design
<p>We Utilize the latest CAD/CAM software to establish and maintain a design objective for all technical elements of your event. We develop custom floor plans and schematics depicting the theme of your show, derived from client meetings as well as hotel or venue site evaluations, show and room limitations, electrical specifications, and a host of other minute details. After a stage/scenery concept is determined, we will base our final design on the project's scope, budget, audience size, venue details and the key elements of lighting design, sound reinforcement and video & computer projection. All of the components necessary to meet your event's budget and design requirements are determined at this time.
<p>Scenic Design
<p>Main stage is the focal point of any event and a well designed scenic
environment will certainly impress and win over your audience. Our design
team will create a perfect scenic surrounding that will clearly promote your
message, theme and ideas in a beautiful and artistic manner. We utilize
either custom built or modular flexible set components and combine that with
3 dimensional signage to accentuate the final look. Let us help take your

<p>Lighting Design
<p>Key to any well-designed stage is lighting. Lighting the presenter on stage is our first priority in addition to a general stage wash and backlighting for video. This conventional stage lighting system can be augmented with state-of-the-art computer-controlled "intelligent lighting" that will accent the stage environment and enhance your presentation.
<p>Sound Reinforcement
<p>Audio is another often overlooked area that we take very seriously. From basic public address needs to hi-fidelity sound reinforcement utilizing the latest in audio technology, we deliver "sound" audio. Whether it's a single presenter in a meeting room, or a band in an audience filled auditorium, you can count on us to make it "sound right". Also, we are one of the only companies in the Chicago area that can provide infrared translation equipment for international events that require multiple language interpretation.
<p>Video & Computer Projection
<p>DLP and LCD technologies dominate the projection industry today, and at SRI we provide both. Computer and video images are two very different animals that need to be projected seamlessly on screen and with our new Folsom Research Screen Pros in line, we are able to accomplish just that. We also address your video playback & record requirements, assemble component or composite multiple camera & Image systems in addition to being equipped to handle Teleprompters for you. If you are interested we can produce a broadcast quality closing video, custom created on-site, utilizing our non-linear video editing system. Staging Resources can offer solutions to any and all of your video needs.
<p>Planning
<p>From coordinating the room layout with the hotel convention staff to ironing out electrical specifications with the house engineer, set yourself at ease and let us handle the details. Off site, preparation of your event is critical if it is to be a success. We inspect and ensure that every component is in proper working condition before it leaves our facility. We communicate in advance with our labor force and with each department head to make certain that everyone is on the same page when we arrive on-site. Your show is already destined for success long before we even begin setting up.
<p>Implementation
<p>Our qualified staff of audio, lighting, scenery, video and computer technicians arrive on-site and on time to begin the installation. This mix of salaried staff and seasoned freelance professionals work as a team to guarantee that all aspects of your event run flawlessly. We immediately begin building the system as planned and on schedule. You'll find that our Equipment Profile will reflect nothing less than a "State of the Art" inventory. All of our key positions are staffed only with experienced, show savvy individuals ready at a moment's notice to run through the drill of rehearsals, taking notes in preparation for when the doors open for real.
